Specialists in walking and cycling holidays via vineyards and happy to organise individual tours with children.

Where

France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Cyprus, Madeira, Chile, Australia, South Africa, plus New Zealand, California, Austria on request.

Style

Can request what want but generally half board accommodation, route notes, walking notes or marked maps depending on the trip or area (in Roussillon a booklet of notes, in Burgundy a marked map) depending on how much information you need. Introductions to wine tastings depend on the area.

Minimum Age

Up to parents but would suggest 8 or 10+ depending on the child or babes in arms in a backpack.

Accommodation

Two-four star country hotels, quite often chambres ‘d'hote and in Italy quite often agriturismi.

Length of Trips

Tend to be five to nine days but can be made to measure.

Sample Price

Dramatic variations, with Italy tending to be more expensive and France less expensive .E.g. a week in Umbria is from £940, a week in Provence from £540, and a week in the Pyrenees ?440 full board.
Transport from UK is extra and this can be arranged though tends to point clients to the budget airlines.
Discounts for children may be available but apply usually only if sharing with parents e.g. in the Loire there is a discount of 50% sharing a room and 20% if they don't.
