Can put clients on to a local contact for everything whether car hire, ferries, and even boat hire and water sports if it exists on the island they are going to. Nothing is included in the programme which is not personally inspected. Most of the homes are privately owned family owned and Elysian works direct with the owners.

Style

Villas with at least three bedrooms plus a few apartments, the criteria being quality and that well run, not whether either modern or traditional.
Runs family holidays at Evia on an estate called Candili with a manor house owned by an English family and all the other buildings on the estate have been converted to apartments and are available half board with a Greek chef using local produce. It is up in the mountain but with pools. In July and August normally employ a young couple or organise entertainment for the children on an informal basis for a set number of hours a day with explorations in the wood, trips to the beach and organising games, plus offer babysitting. This means the site is very family-oriented. Other than that are villa specialists and among the child-friendly properties highlights the Sporades islands the Hios properties, Paros, all properties on Evia including Candili, and a couple on Mykonos plus one very child-friendly house on tinos and two on Syros.

April to October.

Facilities

Most child-friendly properties have or can arrange cots and high chairs, sometimes with an extra charge. Because have a personal contact with owners can usually organise babysitting on request.

Extras

Cooking can be arranged everywhere in Mallorca, and in Greece sometimes, (some properties are staffed) Maid service varies always once weekly and then more expensive up to five or six days a week, or can arrange for extra. Where there is staff or a particularly good maid services like a birthday can be arranged.

£700 a week a villa on the beach on Paros sleeping up to six. Flights can be booked through recommended agents.
