Practicalities Getting Organised Getting More Out of It Language 

Wherever you travel in the world speaking even a few words of the local language will guarantee you a warmer welcome. Children have a far greater capacity for learning languages and far less inhibitions than adults, so encourage them to learn a few words. "Hello", "Good-bye" "Please"and a few favourite foods will help them see how learning a language opens the world to them.
