Holidays by Destination Europe France The Jura Accommodation Hotels

Hotels

Apart from one Relais and Chateaux member, this is not the place to come for luxury accommodation. However, there are a number of good quality places to stay, most being members of the Logis de France chain which stipulates that members should welcome children. There are others but these are the ones we felt most suitable.

B&B

This is again not an area for luxury b&bs, however, the following are worth considering.

Self-Catering

There are no specialist operators in this area but accommodation is available from some of the operators listed under Self-Catering - France. A less reliable source of properties are the web sites listed under More Information.

Because the area is not very used to dealing with overseas visitors a number of more attractive options simply rent through the Gites de France system - an example being Le Vieux Chateau de Syam - the old home of the owners of the forge at Syam.
