• Is the property safe enough for your age of children?.



• Is the property on an active agricultural site and if so are children welcomed and allowed to visit? (If you fancy this consider Farm Holidays.)



• What standard is the accommodation and what support services are provided?



• How close are the nearest facilities (shops, restaurants)? If you have to drive is there suitable parking? If you have to walk are there pavements/safe roads?



• How long would it take to get to any sights in the area?
